1. Online payment methods
Baby Boss currently does not accept online payment on babyboss.vn. Where no available method is shown at checkout, a customer cannot complete an online order and must not transfer money using information outside official channels. When a payment method is activated, the website will disclose its name, provider, terms, costs and the total amount before confirmation.
Baby Boss does not ask a customer to transfer money to a personal account, QR code or method that has not been published and verified, and does not ask for a password, OTP, PIN or CVV. When payment reopens, the method, provider, terms, fees, recognition time and refund policy must be published before confirmation.
2. Total and confirmation step
Checkout is currently locked and does not accept online orders or payment. When it reopens, the buyer must be able to see the products, pack sizes, quantities, unit prices, discounts, delivery fee, other taxes or fees, total payment and delivery information, and go back to correct them before actively confirming.
3. Payment recognition and order confirmation
- Payment is recorded only when valid payment evidence has been verified by Baby Boss for the method actually used. A pending or unpaid status is not evidence that funds were collected.
- A pending, failed, cancelled or unverifiable status is not a successful payment.
- Adding goods to the cart or entering information does not create an order accepted by Baby Boss. A request becomes a confirmed order only after Baby Boss checks supply, delivery conditions and applicable payment status and sends acceptance. Pending payment or unpaid status is not confirmation that a transaction is complete.
- For a valid request received after the function reopens, an order code and status notices are provided through the website or an official channel. Users currently cannot create an online order through locked checkout.
4. Error, interruption or debit without an order
- Do not pay repeatedly. Keep the screenshot or document and reference, and contact 1900 99 88 80 or bod@babyboss.com.vn.
- Baby Boss reconciles the transaction with the relevant bank or actual payment provider, acknowledges receipt within 1 working day and gives an initial response within 2 working days.
- A reconciliation result is normally provided within 7 working days after sufficient information is received. The final period may depend on the relevant bank or actual payment provider.
- If funds were not credited to Baby Boss, release or refund is handled by the relevant bank or actual payment provider under its process. Baby Boss cooperates and provides updates.
5. Duplicate, excess or unauthorised payment
A duplicate or excess payment is refunded after reconciliation. If an unauthorised transaction is suspected, the customer should also contact the relevant bank or actual payment provider to block or investigate it. Baby Boss preserves transaction data, assists verification within the law and does not request banking secrets.
6. Cancellation and refund
- An unpaid order may expire automatically or be cancelled according to system status.
- A paid order is cancelled only after Baby Boss confirms the cancellation request or cannot fulfil it.
- After a refund is approved, Baby Boss initiates it within 3 working days, preferably to the original payment method.
- Funds normally reach the account 3 to 15 working days after initiation, depending on the relevant bank or actual payment provider. In another case, Baby Boss provides progress and a reference where available.
7. Reward points or redeemable value
At the issue date, babyboss.vn does not operate points, points refunds or a redeemable benefit that can be withdrawn as cash. If such a function is introduced, its creation, use, scope, conditions, rate, redemption limits and parties' responsibilities must be disclosed before application; points will not be redeemable for cash withdrawal.
8. Payment security
Baby Boss stores only the data needed for a valid transaction, reconciliation and support. It does not directly store passwords, OTPs, PINs, CVVs or full card data. When a method is activated, the website discloses its data-processing environment and security guidance.
Do not make payment while checkout has no available method. Use only payment information published and verified by Baby Boss and tied to a valid transaction, and check the total and order code before confirming.
Effect, changes and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Baby Boss may update them when its functions or the law changes; a new version must be dated, made easy to access and must not remove rights already arising from an earlier transaction. Disputes are first addressed through negotiation and may then be resolved through mediation, arbitration, the courts or another competent authority.
