1. Transparent pricing
- Prices are shown in Vietnamese dong (VND) on the product page, pack-size selector and cart or checkout.
- Displayed retail prices include value-added tax at the applicable rate unless the website clearly identifies a special case in which tax is excluded.
- A product price excludes delivery fees and other charges unless the sales or promotion page expressly says they are included.
- Before confirming an order, the buyer can see the item total, discount, delivery fee, any tax or other fee and the total payable.
2. Pack-specific and time-specific prices
Different volumes, pack formats, bundles, flavours, areas or programmes may carry different prices. The applicable price is the one shown for the selected option when the buyer confirms the order and recorded in the order confirmation, except for a clear display error handled under section 6.
3. Delivery fees and other charges
- A delivery fee is determined by address, time and actual conditions and is shown or communicated for acceptance before Baby Boss accepts the order. While checkout is unavailable, the website does not provide an official automated delivery quote or delivery time.
- A redelivery, address-change, excessive-waiting or special-request charge is collected only where disclosed and accepted by the buyer as required.
- The website does not add an undisclosed charge at the final confirmation step.
4. Promotions, discount codes and gifts
- The programme states its period, eligible products, customers or area, minimum value, number of uses and whether it may be combined with another offer.
- A discount code is recognised only after the system validates it before ordering. It cannot be exchanged for cash unless the rules expressly say otherwise.
- Baby Boss may refuse or withdraw an offer in case of fraud, abuse, an obvious system error or a breach of the rules, while explaining the reason and preserving consumers' lawful rights.
5. B2B quotations, services and seller fees
Retail-page prices do not automatically apply to wholesale, OEM/ODM, agency, franchise, Gelato setup or event-service orders. Partnership forms are enquiries only; prices and terms take effect only when Baby Boss issues a quotation or contract and both parties accept it.
babyboss.vn does not allow third-party sellers to open shops, so no seller account opening or maintenance fee, order-processing fee or other platform seller-service fee applies.
6. Price errors
- If a displayed price, tax, fee or offer is incorrect because of a technical or input error, Baby Boss pauses the affected part and informs the buyer as soon as possible.
- The buyer may continue on the corrected information or cancel the affected part or order without a charge arising from Baby Boss's error.
- If too much was collected, Baby Boss refunds the difference. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, Baby Boss refunds the corresponding amount under the refund policy.
- Baby Boss does not unilaterally change the total of a confirmed order without the buyer's agreement, except for a beneficial adjustment or where required by law.
7. Invoices
For a valid transaction, the customer contacts an official support channel and supplies accurate invoice information. When ordering reopens, invoice guidance will be published before confirmation. Invoices are issued, adjusted and retained under tax and invoicing law.
Effect, changes and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Baby Boss may update them when its functions or the law changes; a new version must be dated, made easy to access and must not remove rights already arising from an earlier transaction. Disputes are first addressed through negotiation and may then be resolved through mediation, arbitration, the courts or another competent authority.
