1. Model and transaction scope
babyboss.vn is an e-commerce sales website operated directly by Baby Boss. Baby Boss is both the platform operator and the seller for confirmed orders. The website does not allow another trader or individual to open a shop or sell independently.
2. Types of goods
The website sells Gelato, Sorbet and related frozen-food or beverage products published by Baby Boss. Ingredients, weight or volume, use-by date, storage, allergy warnings and directions are stated on the product page or label for each product.
3. Geographic and cold-delivery limits
- Baby Boss identifies an appropriate dispatch point for each accepted request. The dispatch address is confirmed in the delivery information and is not assumed from draft data.
- Baby Boss accepts fulfilment only after the address, fee, estimated time and cold-storage capability have been checked, communicated and accepted by the customer. Checkout currently cannot complete an online order; an estimated fee in the cart is not confirmation that delivery is available.
- Service coverage may change because of traffic, weather, partner capacity, time slot, vehicle type or product condition. A specific limit is disclosed before the customer agrees to proceed.
4. Time limits
- The website may receive consultation enquiries 24/7. Response and delivery arrangements depend on opening hours, stock, cold-packing capacity and service availability. Online order completion and payment are not currently accepted.
- An estimated delivery time is shown or communicated before the customer agrees to proceed. It is an estimate and may change because of traffic, weather or an event outside control. A material change is communicated so the customer may continue or cancel under policy.
5. Customer eligibility and transaction capacity
- A person placing an order must have legal capacity suitable for the transaction. A minor or person with limited capacity must involve or obtain the agreement of a legal representative as required.
- The customer must provide accurate delivery, payment and invoice information and have a recipient and suitable frozen-storage equipment available after delivery.
- Baby Boss may verify or refuse an order showing signs of fraud, unauthorised information, safety risk or unlawful activity.
6. Quantity and stock limits
Any minimum or maximum quantity by product, order, customer or programme is shown on the product page or cart. Displayed stock is the latest available data and is checked again before fulfilment. Baby Boss may limit quantity for fairness, delivery safety or prevention of promotion abuse, but will not adversely change a confirmed order without a lawful basis.
7. Quality and storage conditions
- Gelato is frozen food and must be packed, transported and stored as directed on the label. The customer must receive it on time and place it in frozen storage immediately.
- Do not consume a product whose packaging is unsealed or leaking, that is expired, has an unusual smell or colour, or has fully melted under unknown conditions. Contact Baby Boss for guidance.
- Allergen information depends on the recipe. A person with an allergy must read the ingredients and warnings or ask Baby Boss before ordering.
8. Suspension, refusal or cancellation
Baby Boss may suspend a function or order because of maintenance, a security incident, no stock, lack of a cold-delivery option, disaster or epidemic, a request from a competent authority, or fraud risk. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, Baby Boss informs the customer and refunds the relevant amount. This term does not exclude mandatory liability under law.
9. B2B service forms
Distribution, agency, franchise, OEM/ODM, Gelato setup, event service, Live Station and partnership forms are consultation enquiries. Submitting one only asks Baby Boss to make contact; it is not a service order, does not automatically form a contract and creates no payment obligation or deposit. Price, scope, schedule, termination and refund arise only under a separate quotation or contract accepted by both parties.
Effect, changes and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Baby Boss may update them when its functions or the law changes; a new version must be dated, made easy to access and must not remove rights already arising from an earlier transaction. Disputes are first addressed through negotiation and may then be resolved through mediation, arbitration, the courts or another competent authority.
