Display-priority criteria
The website displays publicly available products and content according to these current criteria:
- Only active products and categories are displayed. In the default order, products marked as featured by Baby Boss are prioritised, followed by more recently updated records; where these are equal, the record created later is prioritised.
- Users may select a product category or group with the filters and choose ‘Name A–Z’ to sort by the Vietnamese product name. ‘Newest’ uses the default order described above, in which featured products remain prioritised.
- Featured-product areas and featured or best-selling labels are editorial selections managed by Baby Boss; they are not an automatic ranking by the number of successful transactions.
- Search compares the keyword with names, content types, categories, tags and relevant descriptions without regard to letter case or Vietnamese diacritics under the search mechanism. Matching products are shown before articles; within each group, featured content is prioritised and then more recent update or publication time.
- The website currently does not personalise product order by purchase history, user location, reviews or a carrier’s delivery capacity. Products that may no longer be published are hidden or removed through the content-management process.
The website has no third-party sellers and does not charge another seller to purchase a priority position. Any third-party advertising or sponsored content that may arise must be clearly identified as advertising or sponsored content and must not mislead users about its nature.
Sales livestreaming
At the issue date of this document, babyboss.vn does not provide a direct sales-livestream function or a tool for a third party to livestream or take orders within a livestream. Livestream operating rules therefore do not apply. Links to an external social network, if any, are governed by that platform’s rules; a transaction is confirmed only through Baby Boss’s official process. Before a livestream feature is activated in the future, Baby Boss must publish appropriate rules. A video, article or embedded item is not automatically a sales-livestream function of the website.
Effect, changes and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Baby Boss may update them when its functions or the law changes; a new version must be dated, made easy to access and must not remove rights already arising from an earlier transaction. Disputes are first addressed through negotiation and may then be resolved through mediation, arbitration, the courts or another competent authority.
