1. Delivery method and provider
Baby Boss arranges delivery through a suitable provider or delivery staff selected by Baby Boss according to the address, time, service capacity and product-storage requirements. The provider’s name, delivery fee, estimated time and service area are displayed or confirmed with the customer before Baby Boss accepts the order for fulfilment. Baby Boss is responsible for selecting and coordinating the provider within the seller’s obligations.
2. Fees, estimated timing and geographic limits
- The delivery fee is displayed or communicated according to the address, distance, time, vehicle and actual conditions before the customer agrees to proceed. While checkout is unavailable, the website does not provide an official automated delivery quotation.
- The estimated delivery time is communicated before the customer agrees to proceed and is updated when there is a material change. It is an estimate; Baby Boss provides progress updates through an official contact channel.
- Only an address for which Baby Boss confirms service capacity and an adequate cold chain is accepted. If a valid paid transaction cannot be delivered, the customer may choose another time or option, or receive a refund.
3. Responsibility for status updates
Baby Boss provides appropriate website or notification updates for the principal milestones: request received, payment, order confirmed, preparation, handover to delivery, out for delivery, and completion or cancellation. The carrier updates the journey in its own system. The customer must provide an accurate phone number and cooperate in receiving the goods; Baby Boss assists with reconciliation where statuses differ.
4. Inspection on receipt
- Check the order code and sender, and compare the quantity, product name, volume or pack size, and gifts with the order confirmation.
- Inspect the packaging, seal, leakage, dents or breakage, use-by date and signs of unusual melting before signing or confirming receipt.
- The outer delivery packaging may be opened for inspection, but the product seal need not be opened when there is no sign of an issue.
- If an item is incorrect, missing, damaged or melted, take photos or video, make a note with the delivery person and call the hotline immediately. Where actual conditions permit, the customer may refuse the non-conforming part.
- If the recipient cannot inspect on the spot, a request may still be submitted within the period below with appropriate evidence. Signing for receipt does not remove mandatory rights under law.
5. Transfer of risk and storage after delivery
Risk transfers when the product is delivered to the correct person or address and the recipient has an opportunity to inspect it, unless law or an agreement provides otherwise. Immediately after receipt, the customer must place the product in frozen storage and use it according to the label; a product that has fully melted must not be refrozen.
Effect, changes and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Baby Boss may update them when its functions or the law changes; a new version must be dated, made easy to access and must not remove rights already arising from an earlier transaction. Disputes are first addressed through negotiation and may then be resolved through mediation, arbitration, the courts or another competent authority.
