1. Platform operator — Baby Boss
- Publish accurate operator details, transaction terms and support contacts, and keep policies reasonably accessible.
- Operate and secure the website, record transactions, provide tools to review and correct information before ordering, and retain transaction evidence as required by law.
- Prevent fraud, illegal content and unauthorised access; protect personal data and cooperate with competent authorities.
- May maintain the website, restrict or refuse access, or refuse an order showing signs of a breach, but must handle rights relating to confirmed orders and cannot exclude mandatory liability.
2. Seller — Baby Boss
- Provide truthful information about goods, prices, taxes and fees, promotions, stock, cold-delivery conditions, payment, delivery, returns and refunds.
- Confirm orders; deliver the correct goods, quantity and condition; issue documents or invoices as required; and receive and resolve complaints.
- May request necessary information, verify a transaction, receive correct payment, and refuse or cancel where the published terms or law allow.
- Is responsible for its goods and the providers it selects to the extent required by law.
3. Buyer or user
- May access information, review and edit the cart and delivery data, see the total cost, choose a payment method, receive confirmation, and exercise complaint and refund rights under these policies.
- Must provide accurate information, be authorised to use the payment method, pay correctly, cooperate with delivery, inspection and storage, and not abuse promotions.
- Must not interfere with, scrape or damage the website, distribute malware, copy data unlawfully, impersonate another person or use the website for unlawful activity.
- Must keep devices, email, order codes and payment details secure and report suspected unauthorised transactions promptly.
Effect, changes and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Baby Boss may update them when its functions or the law changes; a new version must be dated, made easy to access and must not remove rights already arising from an earlier transaction. Disputes are first addressed through negotiation and may then be resolved through mediation, arbitration, the courts or another competent authority.
