The role
- Act as the direct assistant to the Executive Board in monitoring and controlling nationwide business operations.
- Receive business objectives, direction and plans from the Executive Board.
- Translate objectives into action plans, timelines, KPIs and specific tasks for the business units.
- Monitor sales results, new points of sale, distributors, agents, B2B customers, outstanding receivables and customer reorder rates.
- Compile daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly dashboards and business reports.
- Compare plans with actual results and provide early warnings for targets at risk of not being achieved.
- Closely monitor ASM, Team Leaders and sales staff in implementing the plans.
- Prepare business meeting content, minutes and action lists, and follow up on results after meetings.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Factory and other departments to resolve issues affecting sales.
- Support the development of market development plans, sales promotion programmes and system expansion plans.
- Prepare reports, documents and presentations for the Executive Board.
- Support welcoming, discussions and meetings with domestic and international partners.
- Use English in emails, meetings and work-related discussions with foreign partners when required.
- Monitor the progress of strategic business projects assigned by the Executive Board.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality of business and financial data, customer information and management information.
What we are looking for
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
- At least 02 years of experience in a management-level Business Assistant, Sales Operations, Business Planning, Sales Admin or equivalent position.
- Ability to consolidate and analyse business data.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides and management tools.
- Good spoken English, with the ability to write emails and communicate with international partners.
- Professional manner, polished appearance and confidence when working with customers, partners and leaders.
- Ability to work directly with managers and stay on top of multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working directly with the CEO/General Director/Executive Board.
- Professional appearance and manner, suitable for a role that regularly represents and supports the Executive Board of Directors in meetings with partners.
