“Try It, Play It, Win It”: Team Building  Baby Boss 2026

After meaningful moments of sharing through our community activities, the 2-day journey at Phước Hải continued with a completely different kind of energy for the Baby Boss family: a Team Building activity centred around the message “Try It, Play It, Win It”.

More than just time to have fun and relax after days at work, Team Building Baby Boss 2026 created a space for members to step away from their daily routines, work together, challenge themselves and understand one another better through each challenge.

“Try It, Play It, Win It” – Give it your all, play to the fullest

Every challenge in the Team Building programme required the participation and collaboration of all members.

Some moments called for speed, while others required skill and dexterity. There were also challenges that no individual, however strong, could complete without support from their teammates.

That is also the spirit of “Try It, Play It, Win It”.

• Try It – Be ready to take on a challenge and do not hesitate to step into something new.
• Play It – Play to the fullest together, enjoy the journey and the energy of the team.
• Win It – Aim for victory together, but more importantly, reach the end of the challenge as one.

With each activity, the distance between members gradually narrowed. People who normally worked in different roles now stood together on the same team, discussing strategies, supporting one another and sharing the joy of achieving their goal.

When team spirit is shown through action

In the workplace, “teamwork” is often discussed in relation to meetings, projects or shared goals. But at Team Building, that spirit was expressed in a more tangible way.

It was seen when someone was willing to wait for a teammate.

• It was when the whole group worked out how to solve a challenge instead of relying on one individual.
• It was in the words of encouragement shared with one another, even when the result was not what they had hoped for.
• And it was in the moment everyone celebrated when the whole team completed the challenge.

These seemingly simple things gave members more opportunities to observe, understand and trust one another.

Because a strong team is not necessarily a collection of similar individuals. It is a place where everyone can make the most of their own strengths and work together towards a shared goal.

From the playing field back to Baby Boss’s shared journey

Team Building will come to an end, and each member will return to their own role. But the spirit created during those hours of taking on challenges together can continue to be brought into their daily work.

• It is the courage to try when faced with something new.
• It is collaboration when tackling a difficult problem.
• It is trust in the teammate who is working towards the same goal.

“Try It, Play It, Win It” is therefore more than just a message for a fun activity. For Baby Boss, it is also the spirit of a team that is ready to challenge itself, support one another and move forward together.

Team Building Baby Boss 2026 in Phước Hải brought fun and games, laughter and many memorable moments. But above all, the trip created stronger bonds between members – so that, when they returned to work, everyone knew that a team was always there to support them.
