The role
- Welcome customers, advise them and introduce Gelato Baby Boss products.
- Carry out sales, order placement and payment in accordance with the shop's procedures.
- Scoop gelato, prepare products and serve customers at the counter.
- Introduce the Gelato Pro, Pro Max, Gelato Stick, 3D fruit ice cream and other products available at the sales point.
- Advise customers on promotions, combos and products suited to their needs.
- Keep the counter, ice cream cabinets, equipment and service area clean.
- Check goods, raw materials and packaging, and report stock levels by shift.
- Store products at the correct temperature and in accordance with the company's procedures.
- Assist with receiving, arranging and displaying products.
- Carry out the handover of shifts, revenue, cash and assigned assets.
- Look after the customer experience and receive feedback.
- Assist with taking photos/short videos at the shop when there are communications campaigns.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the Shop Manager.
What we are looking for
- Of legal working age as required by law.
- High school graduate or above.
- No experience required; training provided where suitable.
- Preference given to candidates with experience working in F&B outlets, cafés, milk tea shops, ice cream shops, restaurants or retail.
- Presentable appearance, neat and clean manner, suitable for a service environment.
- Polite, friendly communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays according to the assigned schedule.
- For Tasco Mall Long Biên: preference given to candidates with beverage preparation experience.
Skills needed
